Paul Wellons is the Founder and CEO of Ando, an AI-native labor platform building the intelligent labor supply chain for the frontline workforce. Paul has spent his career at the intersection of operations, labor, and technology. He began in multi-unit operations at Pizza Hut before moving into labor management systems and leading field labor analytics. He joined Panera Bread as their first Director of Operations at 14 stores and helped scale nationally. He went on to hold leadership roles at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group before moving into workforce technology. Paul helped build Jyve, a technology platform focused on the retail workforce.
